Additionally, it covers monthly financial reporting, payroll reports, and all necessary tax filings such as quarterly taxes, payroll taxes, W-2s, W-3s, and year-end regulatory reporting.
Professional Bookkeeping Package: Designed for growing businesses, this package encompasses all services from the New Start package, with added features like accounts payable and receivable management, debt amortization schedules for up to three accounts, monthly rent roll reports, and tracking and issuing 1099s to contractors. It also includes bi-monthly coaching sessions to provide personalized financial guidance.
Premium Accounting Package: Aimed at established businesses, this comprehensive package offers all services from the Professional package, along with assistance with regulatory compliance correspondence, weekly check setups for bills due, maintenance of all assets and depreciation schedules, debt amortization schedules for up to five accounts, weekly accounts payable and receivable reports, and bi-monthly coaching sessions extended to 30 minutes each.
Elite Accounting Package: Our most extensive offering, the Elite package includes all services from the Premium package, plus preparation and setup of yearly and monthly budgets, business projections, weekly cash flow statements, weekly collections and sales reports, and an end-of-year tax planning session. It also provides payroll servicing for up to ten employees and bi-monthly coaching sessions to ensure ongoing financial success.
